Come one come all!

City Park Jazz's free concerts attract all ages, from families with new members in backpacks or strollers, to seniors.
What to bring:
  • A picnic, or food is available for purchase onsite (coolers on wheels are handy).
  • Umbrellas and raingear in case of rain.
  • Blankets or folding chairs.
Getting There:
  • Close-in parking is limited. All roads into the park are closed all day on Sundays to vehicles. Parking is available for seniors and the handicapped (for the Bandstand concerts) by entering the park from the Colorado Blvd. entrances at 22nd or 23rd and following the road that runs along the north side of Ferril Lake (see map below). This parking lot is not open until 4:00 pm on Sundays. It is adjacent to the Pavilion. For Meadows concerts, close-in parking is available in the Zoo and Museum parking lots and just at the entrance to the road to Ferril Lake (policemen and signs will direct you). This parking also will not open until 4:00 pm (zoo and museum lots open all day). Concertgoers may also park along 17th Ave. near Steele and adjoining cross streets and walk into the park. Bicycling and walking encouraged!! Bike Denver will provide secure bike parking from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m.

    Free, Secured Bike Parking:

Ride your bike to City Park Jazz and leave it in the BikeDenver parking corral. From 4:30 to 9:00 p.m., BikeDenver volunteers will supervise an area of the park with BikeDenver bike racks. You don't need to bring a lock, claim tickets will be given out, and there is no charge for the service. You'll get exercise, avoid our chronic parking hassles and be able to enjoy the concert without worrying about your bike.

Look for the big yellow "Bike Parking" sign at every City Park Jazz concert. Thanks to BikeDenver. Visit their website at www.bikedenver.org.

    Lost and Found:

If you think you may have lost something at a City Park Jazz concert, visit the City Park Jazz booth at the next concert or call our hotline and leave a message describing what you lost, 303-744-1004.
