VOLUNTEER JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Donation Collectors (Bucket Brigade)
Key Duties:
Collect donations from concert attendees
Provide customer service/answer attendee questions
May sell t-shirts or other City Park Jazz items
Time Commitment:
Approximately 1 hour, 6:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

Enjoy interacting with concert attendees
Are comfortable handling money in crowds
Are comfortable navigating through crowds on foot
Like seeing a direct financial benefit to City Park Jazz from their efforts
Concierge Desk
Key Duties:
Staff City Park Jazz information desk during concerts
Check in other volunteers and direct them to appropriate locations/contacts
Sell City Park Jazz t-shirts and other merchandise
Accept donations and monitor cash box
Time Commitment:
Approximately 2.5 hours, 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Like solving problems and ensuring a great concert experience for attendees
Clean-up Crew
Key Duties:
Fold and store tables and chairs
Pack and store City Park Jazz banners, t-shirts and other concierge desk materials
Pack and store City Park Jazz concierge desk tent
Time Commitment:
Approximately 30 minutes, 8 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
