Since 1986—40 years this season!—City Park Jazz has been a cornerstone of Denver's cultural fabric—a beloved volunteer-run tradition that turns City Park into a gorgeous outdoor live music venue for the whole city every summer Sunday.
We don't charge a dime. We never have.
Entirely funded through sponsorships, grants, and donations, City Park Jazz relies on partners like you to keep the music free and the community together. City Park Jazz is a community-supported charity.
City Park Jazz, Inc., a 501(c)(3) corporation, is organized and managed by volunteers who love Denver, love music and who take joy in bringing people together for music in the park. We are a completely independent organization and not a division of any municipal or State governing body.
The overwhelming majority of our funding comes from private sources, from individual donations, gifts and grants from charitable organizations, to sponsorships from the business community.
